For 14 years, I have grown together with PT. Sumberparts Berindo, starting as a Marketing Staff member and eventually being entrusted with the role of Marketing Manager. This journey has taught me that hard work and commitment are always appreciated in this company. SPB is not just a place to work, but a place where I learned to build trust and strong relationships with customers. 

Throughout the time, I also witnessed firsthand how SPB consistently maintains product quality, service standards, and integrity to become the best solution for customers. That is what makes me proud to be part of SPB.

Throughout my 8 years with PT Sumberparts Berindo, I have truly experienced the meaning of hard work and responsibility. 

Every day, my main focus was ensuring that every customer order arrived safely and on time, even when facing challenges during transit. For me, earning customers' trust and seeing their satisfaction when they receive their goods is a source of great happiness and pride.

Newfound Excitement in Learning About Others

Through my 14 years working in marketing, I have gained many valuable experiences. At first, I had never imagined that I would pursue a career in this field. However, throughout the journey, I have learned many new things, faced challenges, and discovered ways to manage myself better. All of these experiences have ultimately brought many positive changes to my life.

Being a marketer is certainly not easy—from the constant pressure of achieving targets and the risk of rejection from customers. Yet, it was from those very challenges that I learned how to manage myself better. In fact, those challenges are what that fueled my enthusiasm.

Every interaction with customers always provides me with new insights. As a marketing professional, I have the opportunity to meet people with diverse personalities, which has taught me the importance of understanding their needs. It also brings a unique sense of satisfaction when targets are achieved and my work is appreciated.
